Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 20% fee.
In the event of a no-call, no-show, Aritza Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge 100% of the service fee.
Should Aritza Cleaning Services need to cancel a scheduled service, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and reschedule at your earliest convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, any payments made for the cancelled service will be fully refunded.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your cleaning service, please contact us within 12 hours and share photos of any areas that may have been overlooked. We’ll promptly schedule a re-clean to make things right. A refund may be considered only after at least one re-clean has been completed.
